Terms of Service – La Taquería

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, visiting, dining at, accessing our website, or otherwise using the services of La Taquería, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or website.

2. Reservation and Table Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by La Taquería.

Each table reservation is limited to a 1.5-hour seating unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Guests must arrive on time. A delay exceeding 20 minutes without prior notice may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund or guarantee of rebooking.

La Taquería reserves the right to adjust, refuse, reschedule, or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion.

3. Payments

La Taquería operates a cash-free policy; only card or digital payments are accepted.

Bills can be split into a maximum of four transactions.

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Billing disputes must be raised immediately. After finalizing payment and leaving the premises, La Taquería will not entertain further claims.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 197 SEK per guest.

By providing card details, guests authorize La Taquería to charge the applicable fees without further notice.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Guests are responsible for informing La Taquería of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.

La Taquería cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in food or beverages. We handle multiple allergens in our kitchens and cannot guarantee any item is allergen free.

La Taquería accepts no liability for allergic reactions, illnesses, or health complications arising from food or drink consumption.

6. Children and Minors

Children over 6 years are welcome and must be included in the reservation.

Children under 6 years may be accommodated only with prior notice and approval.

High chairs are not available; standard chairs can be provided upon request.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.

La Taquería is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents involving minors.

7. Pets Policy

Dogs are permitted strictly with prior notice.

La Taquería reserves the right to refuse entry or remove animals that are disruptive or pose safety concerns.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.

Any inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or damaging behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Guests access and use La Taquería’s services and premises at their own risk.

La Taquería accepts no responsibility for personal injuries, illnesses, accidents, theft, property loss, or damage, unless due to proven gross negligence.

La Taquería is not responsible for external incidents outside of its control.

10. Force Majeure

La Taquería shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or public disturbances.

11. Website Use Terms

The La Taquería website is provided for personal and lawful use only.

Unauthorized use, copying, or exploitation of any content (text, images, menus, branding) is strictly prohibited without written consent.

La Taquería is not responsible for third-party websites or links referenced on its site.

Website availability, accuracy, and operation may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

12. Collection and Use of Contact Information

When making a reservation or contacting La Taquería, you consent to the collection and storage of your contact information (e.g., name, phone number, email address).

This information is used solely for reservation management, service improvement, safety purposes, and occasional communications regarding your booking or visit.

La Taquería complies with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR) and does not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

Guests may request access to or deletion of their stored personal data at any time by contacting info@lataqueria.se.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on La Taquería’s website, menus, marketing materials, and social media is the exclusive property of La Taquería and its holding company.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

14. Amendments to Terms

La Taquería reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
